Some might say it’s the most wonderful time of the year… costumes, candy, and maybe just a little bit spooky! There are many fun and friendly children’s programs to celebrate Halloween at the library this month.

Don’t shop, swap! Bring outgrown children’s costumes to swap for new-to-you costumes. To participate bring a gently used costume on the day of the event.
